Student room in the center of Leuven

This recently built student residence is located in the heart of Leuven, near the Dijle river.

The residence has 12 student rooms, each fully furnished. Each room is equipped with a single bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, and bookcase. There is also a private sink in each room.

There are two communal kitchens, one on the first floor and a second one on the second floor. Additionally, there are five communal showers and five communal toilets.

Fixed cost of €65 for utilities and internet.
