Polares isn’t here by accident. Farid Aberkane and Brecht De Keyser founded the firm in 2021 because they were fed up with real estate agents who improvise instead of advising—who talk a good game but don’t always work in your best interest. Cowboys with a business card, not advisors with a plan.

They thought: we can do better. Brecht and Farid are both licensed real estate agents (BIV 510.758 and BIV 507.767) and combine two things you don’t often see together: a down-to-earth approach to real estate and the drive to get to the bottom of every case. For them, precision and transparency aren’t just marketing buzzwords. It’s simply how they work.

Their goal is simple: to turn the real estate agent back into an advisor. Someone you trust throughout the entire process, not someone who disappears after you sign the contract. Not a salesperson who distrusts you on both sides of the table. But someone who works for you.
