Student room in the center of Leuven

This recent student residence can be found in the heart of Leuven, near the Dijle River.

The residence is equipped with 12 student rooms, each of which is fully furnished. Each room includes a single bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, and bookcase. Each room also has a private sink.

There are two communal kitchens, one on the first floor and a second one on the second floor. Additionally, there are five communal showers and five communal toilets.

Fixed cost of €65 for utilities and internet.
